Value for money was excellent, with perfect clean rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and great transportation connections. The staff were friendly and were really good too ensure a pleasant stay.
Breakfast delights, but a wider variety of vegetarian options would be appreciated.

The location was perfect, with a tram station and shopping centre just a short walk away. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the coffee. The room was always clean and the towels were replaced daily. The reception staff were friendly and informative, and even gave us a free map of Prague. The WiFi worked well and there was a convenient night table with a lamp and electric socket near the bed.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of available TV programs in the room.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, providing great advice and assistance. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of food. The bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel was conveniently close to the city center. The fact that it was a family hotel added a special touch to our Christmas stay.
Although the windows faced a busy street, it wasn't noisy during the night, so it didn't disturb our sleep. The minibar wasn't cold, but that didn't bother us since we didn't use it anyway.

this was my best hotel stay in prague yet! the rooms were spotless, the staff went above and beyond, and the breakfast had choices for everyone. great location, within walking distance to major attractions and excellent transport connections. i'll definitely recommend it to friends and return on my next visit.
